The next thing that you want to do is season your meat. When seasoning you want to be aware of different taste pallets. If you are too salty or if you have a high level of spice, then it could turn people off.
You want to make sure that you use the correct flavor and spice level that your meat will need. Also, if you are using any type of sauce or marinade, make sure it is cooked throughout the meat so that it has a chance to rest.

The next thing you need to work with is how you are going to cook the meat. If you have a recipe that calls for frying, then don’t change it. You want to make sure that you follow the recommendations of your chef or whatever recipe you are using.
You also want to know how long each type of meat needs to cook for maximum results and taste. It is not uncommon to have some meat that does not cook as well if you do it for too long.
