Changing rooms (with showers and lockers), piano, keyboards, stereo and facility for aerial work. Refurbished kitchen with fridge,
microwaves
and drinks-making facilities.
There is the option for companies to hire office space. £150 per week gives secure space with phone/internet access (phone calls additional).
There is a small props room off the main hall which is included in the hire.
Transport is excellent and there are lots of great places to eat and relax after work within 5/10 minute walk.
Parking Space: Metered
Parking permits cost £3.50 per day and can be purchased by arrangement.
Full disabled access and facilities.
Opening times 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, additional time by negotiation. Cancellation policy 50% if more than 14 days notice is given.
STUDIO DETAILS
1st floor Hall: 16m x 7.5m, Marmoleum over wooden flooring.
Ground floor hall: 7m x 9m, Marmoleum floor.
The Office: 5.8m x 3.6m, suitable for auditions.
HIRE RATES
Weekly rate Monday - Friday:
£500 - £600
Hourly rate: £15.00 £20 per hr weekends
One day bookings £100.00 - £125
